Excellent service Samsung TV with 6 year guarantee went faulty. Took it into shop who checked fault and arranged to sent to workshop. 1 week later email confirmation repair complete. They held for a week (winter sun break) collected on return. TV was well boxed up and staff so pleasant. Will not hesitate to buy next TV from this shop.

Some staff are extremely friendly and some very unhelpful, clearly don't want to be working there. Luckily, I was quickly taken over by their helpful and friendly staff to serve so my experience before leaving was excellent which started off quite poorly.

Complete noob to HiFi/AV Good advice and patient staff. The item I bought was marked £50 less than it actually costs, and I wasn't offered the advertised price. Other than that, very good.

Our Curved Samsung developed a fault. Richer Sounds after care did a great job helping us with this. As a result we had a credit. I spoke with Steven at Prestwich who gave me a few recommendations. His knowledge is fantastic. As a result we spent a lot more than we planned but are really happy investing in our new LG OLED TV. We purchased a massive 65 xcreen TV and its picture quality is amazing. Thank you so much Steven.

It's been years since I drove by due to distance. Still buy stuff online. Glad I popped in today. Staff are refreshingly still friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. Any the deals are brilliant.
